Domestic Energy Assessors

We have an opportunity for qualified and accredited domestic energy assessors to receive EPC orders in their local areas.

How does it work?
Simply register with our DEA panel and complete your company profile. Also let us know what postcode areas you would like to cover on our registration page.

Price for EPC:
You set your own price, we select a DEA from our panel based on a combination of cost, distance from job and feedback from previous inspections. We have a minimum price per job to discourage 'undercutting'

Eligibility:
We require all DEA's within our panel to:

  • be fully qualified
  • be accredited and registered
  • have sufficient PI and PL insurance

Payment:
We provide home information packs for payment on account only. We do not offer deferred payment. as a result we are able to pay our DEA's within 7 days of receiving the report. Payment is made by BACS.

HIP searches:
We are also able to provide energy assessors with a full HIP (excluding EPC) allowing you to market your own HIP's. Prices are as follows:

  • Freehold - £160.00
  • Leasehold - £180.00
