Complete-Move Conveyancing was formed in 2001, and is part of the Farrell Heyworth Group of companies, combining all the professional skills associated with the property market; our dedicated legal department has been established to provide a smooth professional service for our clients.

Our first conveyancing centre was opened in Lancaster in September 2001, and we have now expanded our operation by opening a second centre at Middlebrook, where we have separate departments dedicated to handling both sale/purchase and bulk remortgage work. Our corporate clients now include Halifax plc, Woolwich, Nationwide and Yorkshire Building Society, and in addition we are currently handling over 800 referrals per month from independent brokers throughout the country.

Our Legal Services Director is Peter Horrocks, who has now been joined by Beryl Murray who together have over thirty years experience in Conveyancing and who now practice as Licensed Conveyancers regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.

Our dedicated team of conveyancers specialising in both sale/purchase and volume remortgage transactions, employ the latest technology to ensure that we can offer a professional, efficient and speedy service to you, and your clients, within a competitive fee structure. The Company uses the market leading software from Solicitec, and as communication is a key element in the process, we have full internet capabilities to ensure that broker clients have direct access to the fee earner dealing with their case including automated email updates at key stages of the transaction, having invested in the latest telecommunications system.
