We are a medium sized North West Firm. We have 8 offices situated in Sandbach, Prestwich, Leigh, Tyldesley, Northwich, Runcorn, Bramhall and our head office in Bury. We have 15 partners. Our Firm offers a complete legal service specialising in a wide variety of areas throughout our offices.

Whilst all of our branches offer conveyancing services, at our Sandbach office we have a dedicated Conveyancing Department with years of experience, which is used to dealing with referrals from brokers and estate agents around the country.

Whilst the basis of our conveyancing procedures is through the use of computers and the use of Internet based facilities, we strive to provide a personal service to each of our clients. Each case is allocated to a particular caseworker and the client is informed from the outset as to whom they should contact. This helps the clients to establish a rapport with the caseworker rather than being passed from person to person and leaves the client feeling like an individual. The case workers are assisted by the conveyancing assistants and/or the secretaries who are able to take messages or assist with updates if the particular caseworker is unable to take the particular call. All telephone calls are returned within a maximum of 2-3 hours and files are re-allocated during absences from the office. All cases are reviewed at least once a week in order to speed up the conveyancing process.

Correspondence is predominately dealt with on the date of receipt and case workers are fully prepared to use telephone calls or e-mails to progress the matter more efficiently.

Communication is paramount during the transaction and at every stage the caseworker seeks to update the client by avoiding the use of jargon, with a preference for clear concise language. For example clients are provided with a glossary and a step-by-step guide to the transaction to help them to understand the process and timescales.

Our firm also prides itself in our ability to communicate with all parties involved in the conveyancing process such as estate agents, lenders, site offices and brokers. We feel that communication with such parties not only improves our service to our client but assists in moving the transaction quickly forward to exchange and completion.

We feel that our firm encompasses the swift and efficient procedures of the electronic conveyancing process whilst at the same time maintaining the traditional concepts of client care. We provide a quick and client friendly service without disregarding the importance of solicitor/client contact.
