After moving offices and losing paperwork which entailed unforseen delays the conveyancer who eventually handled the case proved sound. As usual however, there was a lack of any pro-active input from the firm, they preferring to write chaser letters if their original missive hadn´t provoked a response after X days rather than just picking up the phone to find out the problem. All in all a lacklustre performance.

Things moved along exactly at the pace the solictor wanted. Couldn´t be asked to step up a gear. Do not use if speed is of the essence. They were cheap however. and that was the clients requirement.
